Joseph is a dedicated professional focused on corporate and securities law, with an extensive background in financial structuring, regulatory compliance, and public offerings. Before joining Nissi Law APC, Joseph represented investors in private equity acquisitions and also served as an early-stage AI models developer for Leverton AI (now MRI Contract Intelligence). His innovative approach blends legal expertise with technological insights and transactional experience, providing clients with forward-thinking solutions. 

 

At Nissi Law APC, Joseph advises clients on innovative financing strategies, including the design and execution of frameworks for early-stage private placement offerings, security tokenization/blockchain, public offerings, and navigating the complexities of OTC Markets and NASDAQ listings. His proven track record spans private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, reverse mergers, and compliance with securities regulations. Joseph has worked extensively with corporate clients across the industrials, pharmaceutical, and technology sectors.
