Brian Jiang
Brian Jiang holds a Juris Doctor degree and works as a lawyer.
He is licensed to practice law in the United States Federal Courts and holds licenses in California, New York, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia as an attorney.
In 1977, he gained admission to the Foreign Language Department of Beijing Normal University. He relocated to the United States in 1980 and obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree in 1987.
With three decades of legal experience, Attorney Jiang has overseen green card applications for thousands of immigrants and effectively managed numerous complex visa cases. His clientele encompasses regions ranging from the United States, mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan to Europe and South Africa.
Attorney Jiang holds a prominent position in the legal community of the United States, earning recognition from various mainstream media outlets such as CCTV International, World Journal, Sing Tao Daily, and the San Francisco Chronicle.
He is credited with introducing the innovative "success-first, payment-later" approach for EB-1 immigration matters in the United States. Under this model, fees are only collected post-approval by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, offering reassurance to applicants.
