Lawrence Ng
Lawrence Ng focuses his practice on complex business disputes and commercial contract litigation. He has experience in matters involving fraud, trade secret misappropriation, shareholder derivative actions, partnership disputes, and other business torts. Lawrence represents international companies, U.S.-based companies, and individuals in the real estate and technology industries. Lawrence’s vigorous advocacy on behalf of clients has achieved a broad spectrum of settlements, ranging from thousands to millions of dollars, as well as securing successful case dismissals for defendants. Lawrence also provides outside general counsel services to companies and individual entrepreneurs in areas of business formation, dissolution, maintenance, and trademark acquisition. Before joining Nissi Law, Lawrence litigated matters on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants involving copyright infringement, unfair business practices, and catastrophic injury.
Lawrence is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States immigration courts. He earned his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law with a High Tech Law: Corporate Specialization certificate. During law school, he placed in the finals in the Galloway Moot Court Competition, advanced to the semi-finals in the Honors Moot Court Competition, and was an associate of the Santa Clara Law Review.
